(CHESLEY, ON) – On December 17, 2014 at 6:28 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received reports of property damage on 1st Avenue south and 2nd Avenue southwest in Chesley. Officers arrived to find that a Grey Chevrolet Malibu and a Beige Chevrolet Silverado had windows smashed.
A suspect for the damage was identified and taken into custody without incident. Thirty-two year old Timothy JACOBS of Brockton has been charged with theft under $5,000, 2 counts of mischief under $5,000 and trespassing. He has been held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for December 18, 2014.
