On Tuesday November 25th the Owen Sound Police Service investigated two separate incidents of pickup truck theft. Both thefts occurred at different store parking lots on 16th Street East. Another pickup truck previously reported stolen from Huntsville was abandoned at one of the theft locations. At this time neither pickup truck has been located.
The first truck stolen is described as a black coloured, 2003 Chevrolet Silverado with Tonneau cover and a three ball hitch. At the time of the theft this vehicle had Ontario personalized plate # BDSSTRK attached.
The second truck stolen is described as a black coloured, 2005 GMC Sierra with a black, soft tonneau cover, big lug territory tires and black push bar on the front. At the time of the theft this truck had Ontario licence plate # AD46123 attached.
Anyone with information pertaining to either of these vehicle thefts is asked to contact the nearest Police Service.
