On January 18, 2015 at 6:25 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a two vehicle collision on Gordon Street, south of Kortright Road. It is alleged that a Nissan was turning left from a plaza parking lot onto Gordon and was struck by a southbound Honda CRV. The driver and passenger of the Nissan were both taken to hospital with minor injuries. Both vehicles received significant damage.
The driver of the Nissan, a 44 –year-old Guelph man has been charged with fail to yield from driveway under the Highway Traffic Act.
