Two men charged in shooting from Lilas Private

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit have laid charges againts two men involved in a shooting incident on July 14, 2015 on Lilas Private.

Moussa OSMAN, 28 years old, of Ottawa is facing multiple charges:

Use Firearm Carelessly x 1

Use Firearm/Commit Indictable Offence x 1

Possess Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace x 1

Carry Concealed Weapon x 1

Possess Firearm other than restricted without a license x 1

Possess Firearm Knowingly without a license x 1

Possess Loaded regulated Firearm x 1

Possess Firearm Obtained by Crime x 1

Possess Firearm while Prohibited x 3

Endanger lives or safety of Public x 1

Aggravated Assault x 1

Unlawfully Possess Schedule I Substance under CDSA x 1

Kurlan LAWRENCE, 29 years old, of Ottawa is facing multiple charges;

Attempted Murder x 1

Discharge Firearm with intent to wound, endanger life or prevent arrest x1

Point a Firearm x 1

Use Firearm Carelessly x 1

Use Firearm / Commit Indictable Offence x 1

Possess Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace x 1

Carry Concealed Weapon x 1

Possess Firearm other than restricted without a license x 1

Possess Firearm Knowingly without a license

Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm x 1

Possess Firearm Obtained by Crime x 1

Endanger lives or safety of Public x 1
