(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit has identified the two suspects in this break and enter. They turned themselves in to police on June 16th.
Robert William TREMBLAY, 55 years old of Ottawa, and Andre Joseph DAGENAIS, 54 years old of Ottawa, are charged with Breaking & Entering, Conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and Trespassing at night.
A third person, Kimberly Anne LAVERGNE, 54 years old of Ottawa, is also charged with Break & Enter and Conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Andre DAGENAIS is scheduled to appear in court on July 7th, 2015. Robert TREMBLAY is scheduled to appear in court on July 9th, 2015 and Kimberly Anne LAVERGNE’s next court appearance is on June 24th, 2015.
