(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) While conducting a RIDE program at 10 p.m. on Tuesday December 27, 2012 at Arthur St. North in Mitchell, OPP officers stopped a motorist who had the odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath.
The 20 year old male driver from St.Catharines was given a roadside breath test which resulted in a blood alcohol concentration reading above .05 He was issued a 3 day drivers licence suspension.
(ST.MARYS, ON) Perth County OPP officers conducted RIDE checks on Water St. South in St.Marys at 9 p.m. on Tuesday December 2011. A 35 year old male driver from Middlesex Centre was stopped and a strong odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected on his breath. He was given a roadside breath test and as a result was issued a 3 day drivers licence suspension.
