(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On May 26, 2010 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit , and the Perth County OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant in the town of Listowel, Ontario.
As a result of the investigation, police seized a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana plants with an estimated street value of $5,940.
Listowel residents’ 21-year-old Jonathan DeBOER, and 20-year-old Matthew DeBOER were arrested and charged with one count of Production of Cannabis Marijuana. Both have been released on Promise to Appear and are scheduled to appear in Listowel Ontario Court of Justice on Wednesday, July 7th, 2010.
