On July 29, 2013 at 3:15 p.m., the Guelph Police attended for a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Victoria Road and Eastview Drive. The collision involved an on duty Guelph police officer who was driving a Guelph police vehicle. There were no injuries in the collision, but both vehicles sustained damage. The officer, a five year veteran of the Guelph police, has been charged with making an unsafe turn.
