Two Arrested In Laundromat Coin Heist – WHITE & VOCK

(WEST PERTH, ON) – The coin boxes at the Mitchell Speed Wash laundromat are being replaced after two male suspects attended there on the morning of January 20, 2018. At approximately 8:00 a.m., a black sedan entered the laundromat parking lot and two males exited the vehicle. The driver remained outside.

The passenger entered the laundromat, produced a pair of bolt cutters and cut the locks from coin boxes. An undisclosed amount of cash was removed and the suspects left the area.

On January 22, 2018, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Stratford Police Service arrested two male suspects and charged them in relation to the theft from the laundromat.

Forty-one-year old Matthew VOCK of the City of London, is charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:

Mischief Under $5000

Theft Under $5000

Forty-one-year Adam WHITE of the City of London, is charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:

Mischief Under $5000

Theft Under $5000

Both accused were released on a Promise to Appear and are scheduled to appear in court on a later date to answer to OPP charges.
