(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On Saturday March 30, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a shoplifting call at the LCBO store on St David Street North, Fergus. It was reported that a male and a female were caught on surveillance steeling product. OPP attended and shortly thereafter arrested the suspects.
21-year-old Eric Jeffery GOODERHAM and a 16-year-old female, who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, were both charged with Theft under $5000, Mischief under $50000 and Public Intoxication. They are schedule to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 1, 2018, and May 2, 2018, respectively.
