On Sunday October 7, 2012 at 1:53 a.m., Guelph Police stopped a vehicle on Stone Road East Guelph and arrested the driver for Impaired Driving.
Tuan NGUYEN 41 years of Waterloo was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Obstruct Peace Officer and Refuse to Provide Breath Sample. He will appear in court in October.
