(GREENOCK TWP) – On August 10th, 2011 at 9:24 am, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a single vehicle roll over east of Glammis on County Road 15. Officers arrived to find a Silver Nissan Sentra left the roadway and flipped over. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 21 year old Tristen FLACHS of Walkerton is charged with Operate over 80 milligrams, G2 licence – blood alcohol over zero and Careless driving. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on September 19th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
