(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Sunday August 22, 2010, around 8 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Hwy. 7 south of St.Marys. The male driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. He was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he provided two breath samples into the Intoxilyzer. Results of these tests were in excess of .80 mgs.
Trevor Foerster (33) of London is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while having in excess of eighty milligrams of blood alcohol in one hundred millitlitres of blood. He is to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on October 04, 2010 to answer to these charges. He was also served notice of a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
