Trafficking Charge For 26 Year Old Driver That Tried To Avoid RIDE Checkpoint

(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On March 15, 2015 at 1:37 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Bruce County Road 15, in Kincardine Township, when they noticed a Silver Nissan Rogue attempt to avoid the check point. The vehicle was located on Victoria Road, Kincardine Township and a quantity of illegal drugs was found in the vehicle. The driver, 26 year old Josh CREWSON of Kincardine, was charged with possess a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 27, 2015 to answer to the charges.
