(HURON EAST, ON) -On October 31, 2011 at approximately 1:00p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducted a routine traffic stop on Blyth Road in the Municipality of Huron East. Upon speaking to the driver the officer detected an odour of freshly burnt marijuana. The officer observed a container of marijuana just outside the passenger side door as well. The two occupants of the vehicle were subsequently arrested as a result of the investigation.
Tyler LISTMAN (20) of Central Huron has been charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Breach of Recognizance. He will answer to his charges at the Ontario Court of Justice- Goderich on January 9, 2012.
