(CENTRAL HURON, ON) On December 8, 2011 at 3:00 am, a Huron OPP officer conducted a traffic stop of a Dodge Caravan on Albert Street, Central Huron. While speaking with the driver, the officer discovered a quantity of an illegal drug in the van.
Richard CARTER aged 28 of Huron East; ON has been charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 4(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He will answer to the charge at the Ontario Court of Justice-Goderich on February 27, 2012. LP11345568
