(GODERICH, ON) – On February 17, 2012 at approximately 7:45 p.m. Huron OPP officers stopped a GMC Sierra pickup truck for a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) check on Cove Road in Goderich. Upon speaking with the male driver, officers discovered a quantity of an illicit drug in the vehicle. Philip ROWLAND, aged 20, from Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield Twp, ON has been charged with Possession of a controlled substance. He will answer to the charge on March 26, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. LP12042765
