(WALKERTON, ON) On February 11, 2013 at 12:01 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a transport truck striking a stop light at the intersection of Jackson Street and Yonge Street in Walkerton. Officers arrived to find that a Black International transport truck was turning when it struck the traffic light. The traffic light was broken off by the impact and found lying on the sidewalk. The driver, 61 year old Eugene CURRY of Chatsworth, was charged with Improper turn.
