(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On September 22nd, 2011 at 11:45 am, members of the South Bruce OPP set up a RIDE checkpoint at the intersection of County Road 6 and Wolfe Street, Kinloss Township. At 12:06 pm, a Red Freightliner stopped at the RIDE and the operator was unable to produce the commercial vehicle registration. 21 year old Kyle DE CORTE of Seaforth was charged with Fail to surrender CVOR certificate. At 12:44 pm, a cement truck stopped at the RIDE and officers noted the driver wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. 22 year old Daniel ARMSTRONG of Teeswater was charged with Fail to wear seatbelt.
