(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On Wednesday November 29, 2017 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious collision involving a single tractor trailer roll-over on Wellington Road 23, at Wellington Road 22. Initial reports indicated that a tractor trailer loaded with gravel had lost control and rolled over spilling the load of gravel into the ditch. No other vehicles where involved and the driver was not injured.
OPP as well as Town of Erin Fire & Emergency Services and Guelph-Wellington Paramedics Services attended.
Police continue to investigate the collision and charges may be pending.
Wellington Road 23 from Wellington Road 22 and Sideroad 17 shall remain closed until the truck, trailer and load is removed.
