(CHESLEY, ON) – On February 10th, 2011 at 6:48 am, the South Bruce OPP was called to attend a crash on 1st Avenue South, Chesley. Officers arrived to find that a New Holland tractor was making a left turn when a Ford Focus was attempting to pass the tractor.
The tractor driver, 27 year old Bradley Nicoll of Chesley was charged with Unsafe turn.
