Over the years we have received many complaints about town staff not working while they’re on the clock. Town staff waste time cutting grass at the parks 3x a week, and it is normal to have 2-3 town staff watching the one person working. They can’t fill our potholes, pick up trash, empty the trash bins, open the pool on weekends in the summer, but they can lean on a shovel or a pickup truck for hours on end.
