As some of you are aware, North Huron council has decided to fix
part of our town hall. Originally $250,000 was budgeted for
phase one of this project, but council has already approved a 47%
increase. North Huron council has agreed to spend a whopping
$367,953.01 to improve the front of Wingham town hall. What do
we get for our $367,953? According to Pat Newson, Option
three would have the whole front completed
