(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 16, 2013 at 2:51 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from a residence in the 200 block of Durham Street in Kincardine. Sometime between 4:45 on August 14, 2013 and 2:25 on August 16, 2013 a Utility trailer was forcibly entered and specialty tools were taken.
