On August 9th at approximately 1:20 a.m. Chatham-Kent officers along with EMS responded to a reported male person passed out in the grass at the Fairgrounds in Bothwell. Once it was determined that the 34 year old Bothwell party goer was not in medical distress he was taken into custody and lodged at the Police Station until he sobered up.
