On August 23, 2013 at 2:23 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to the front of a downtown establishment on MacDonell Street after observing what appeared to be an altercation between several males. Investigation alleges that one male had struck and bitten the two other males. The two injured males did not know the assaultive male who was arrested by police.
Timothy Le Page, 30 years of Guelph has been charged with two counts of assault. He will appear in court on October 8, 2013.
