On November 8, 2013, at 1:05 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on Wellington Street West near Waterloo Avenue. The male driver was spoken too and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. The male failed the roadside and was subsequently arrested.
Timothy HO, 52 years of Boston, Massachusetts has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on December 17, 2013.
