(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 10, 2012 at 5:16 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a pick up truck colliding with a fence along Mechanics Avenue in Kincardine. Officers observed the damage to a Black Dodge Ram and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 38 year old Timothy ATKINSON of Kincardine was charged with Impaired driving; Operate over 80 milligrams, Dangerous driving and Mischief under $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 17, 2012 to answer to the charges.
