In the early evening hours of July 11, 2016 two drivers were involved in a confrontation in the Homer Watson Bv and Bleams Rd area of Kitchener. One of the drivers threw a two foot length of metal pipe out of his moving vehicle. The pipe struck the other vehicle causing minor damage. There were no injuries. The suspect was located and arrested by police. A Kitchener man was charged with Assault with a Weapon and Mischief Under $5000. He was released from police custody pending an upcoming court date. Drivers are cautioned not to confront other drivers and are asked to report dangerous or careless driving to police.
