On Saturday, March 5th, 2016, a gathering was held at 136 Wood Street in the City of Kitchener. This followed a formal event at St. Georges Hall, in the city of Waterloo. An altercation occurred in which three young men received various stab wounds. Two of the victims were treated and released hospital while the third sustained more extensive injuries. It is believed that this attack is not random and that both groups knew each other through various community ties.
