On January 23, 2015 at 8:39 p.m., the Guelph Police were called to investigate a two car collision at College Avenue and Gordon Street where one car fled the scene. This vehicle and driver were located a short time later and the male driver was arrested.
Stephen Greer, 49 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving, drive over 80mg, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and fail to remain. He will appear in court on February 10, 2015.
On January 25, 2015 at 1:24 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Woolwich Street. It was determined that the male driver was under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested.
Ian Durkin, 23 years of Rockwood has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on February 10, 2015.
On January 25, 2015 at 5:35 p.m., the Guelph Police were called to investigate a possible impaired driver at the gas bar on Wellington Street West. The female driver and vehicle were located on Fife Road. It was determined that she was under the influence of alcohol and she was arrested.
Joanne Hasson, 63 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and fail to provide a breath sample. She will appear in court on February 17, 2015.
