Three Facing Break Enter Charges After Getting Stuck In Mud – WINER, AMARAL & PICHE

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – At approximately 12:50pm on December 9th, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Perth Detachment were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle complaint at an address on Road 164, south of Palmerston.

When officers arrived, they observed three males in a pickup truck that was stuck in the mud. Further investigation revealed evidence of a break, enter and theft to the property and all three parties were arrested.

Fail to Comply with Probation Order

All three were released by way of a Promise to Appear with January 13th, 2020 court dates.
