Three charged with mischief to property

On October 2, 2014 at 2:16 a.m., the Guelph Police received a report from a citizen that observed two males and one female behind the Harvard Plaza dumping grease bins into a sewer. The three then walked south on Rickson Road knocking a construction sign onto the road and were pulling out election signs. Police located the group and they were arrested. An Environmental Protection Officer was called to deal with the grease spill.

Geert Kingma, 19 years of Waterford has been charged with mischief under $5,000.

Dennis Hoogerbrugge, 20 years of Parkhill has been charged with mischief under $5,000.

Ashley Mclachlan, 20 years of Parkhill has been charged with mischief under $5,000.

All three will appear in court on November 25, 2014.
