(BROCKTON, ON) β On November 22, 2016 at 1:15 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police officer on patrol along Side road 5 south in Brant Township stopped a Silver Mercedes CLK. The officer determined that the Mercedes was stolen property. The 3 occupants of the Mercedes were placed under arrested without incident.
Fifty-five-year old Kimberly ELLIOTT of East Gwillimbury has been charged with theft of motor vehicle, possess stolen property, 3 counts of breach probation, 3 counts of drive suspended and use unauthorized plates. She was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for November 23, 2016.
Thirty-six-year old Jasmine ASAPH of Halton Hills has been charged with theft of motor vehicle, possess stolen property and breach of probation. She was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for November 23, 2016.
Thirty-two-year old Jean LEFEBVRE of North Bay has been charged with theft of motor vehicle and possess stolen property. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 4, 2017 to answer to the charges.
