On January 27, 2015 at 1:00 a.m., the Guelph Police responded to a possible break and enter to a car dealership compound on Woodlawn Road West. Two suspects were quickly located and detained. A canine unit attended and conducted a track which located several tools used to remove tires that were hidden under vehicles of the dealership. A third male was located nearby in a vehicle. Investigation led to the arrest of all three males.
Daniel Marmula, 20 years from Brantford, Alec Heckendorn, 19 years from Paris and John Imrie, 24 years from Brantford have been charged with attempt theft under $5,000 and possession of burglary tools.
They will appear in court on February 27, 2015.
