(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday March 9, 2013, shortly after 2 a.m., a Perth County OPP officer on patrol stopped a pickup truck on Hwy. 23 north of Listowel for erratic driving. The driver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine.
Thomas RUSSO (34) of West Grey Township was arrested and has been charged with possession of Schedule 1, Methamphetamine, and with fail to comply – undertaking, recognizance. He was held in custody and was to appear for a bail hearing on Monday March 11, 2013 at Stratford Criminal Court.
