(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) -On Sunday August 4th 2013, at approximately 8:23pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Constable Derek Szeto was on patrol along Wellington County Road 124 in the Town of Erin. A 1970 Dodge was observed travelling eastbound at a high rate of speed. The male driver of the motor vehicle was locked in the radar travelling at 140 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
Thomas CORDINGLEY age 50 of Erin is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on the 18th of September 2013 to answer to the charge.
