(NORTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Monday, December 23, 2013, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a Festive Ride Traffic Initiative on County Road 9, Northern Bruce Peninsula. One of the drivers failed a road side breath test and was taken to the Wiarton OPP detachment for further breath tests, which concluded the driver had consumed over 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 ml of blood.
Thomas BOYLE, 36 years old from Northern Bruce Peninsula, was charged with over 80 and is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on January 9, 2014.
