(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is seeking public assistance in identifying a third suspect in this matter.
Through further investigation a female has been identified as participating with the two males in credit card fraud.
The female is described as Caucasian female with tanned skin approximately 35-45 years of age, with long dark-coloured hair wearing a light-coloured ball cap, sunglasses, white t-shirt and shorts (see picture.)
