On October 11, 2012 at 4:48pm, members of the Guelph Police Service went to the Stone Road Mall in response to ongoing thefts. As a result of the investigation, three people were arrested by police and found to be in possession of over eleven hundred dollars’ worth of stolen property.
Bich-Le TRINH 46 years of Toronto, Ngoc Hong TRANG 37 years of Toronto and Ngoc HOANG 42 years of Toronto were all charged with theft under $5000 and Possession of Stolen Property.
