On October 2nd, 2015, at approximately 12:20 am., Waterloo Regional Police attempted to stop a motor vehicle to check for drug and/or alcohol impairment on Borden Parkway, Kitchener. The motor vehicle failed to stop for police and immediately lost control, striking construction piping on the roadway. The driver fled the scene. Through investigation, the 21 year old Kitchener male was arrested and held for a show cause bail hearing. He faces charges numerous Criminal, Drug and Driving charges.
