Theft Of John Deere Gator

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Thursday April 18, 2013, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) officers were dispatched to a rural property on Line 32 between Mitchell and Dublin where the theft of a John Deere Gator had just occurred.

Investigation revealed that the property owner had been doing work in his drive shed early in the morning. He left the property for approximately half an hour. Upon his return at approximately 7:50 a.m., he observed that one of the sliding doors of the drive shed was open. A check inside revealed that his John Deere Gator had been stolen.

The owner followed the tracks left by the Gator through a field towards Road 179 where the tracks led south bound. The owner, neighbours, and police searched the area for the Gator with negative results.

2011 John Deere Gator Model # XUV550D.

Is John Deere Green in colour

Has a black canvass roof cover, and is missing a tailgate

Had Ontario Licence plate 45XC8 mounted on the back

Value of Gator is $13.000.
