(TOWN OF MINTO) – On December 31, 2017 at approximately 5:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a theft of a debit card from a residence on Elizabeth Street, Town of Harriston.
Investigation revealed a female was suspected of taking the debit card while visiting the residence the day prior. Further investigation revealed the suspect using the card multiple times at area businesses.
51-year-old Jennifer DOUCETTE of Harriston has been charged with:
Theft of Credit Card
Use of Credit Card x 8
She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court February 6, 2018 to answer to the charges.
