(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On June 27, 2016 at 3:06 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from a windmill site in the 1700 block of Side road 15 in Bruce Township. Sometime between June 17, 2016 and June 27, 2016 lengths of copper wire were removed from the site.
These copper wires were used as ground wires and their removal left a potential electrical hazard which has since been repaired.
Suspicious vehicles and suspicious people should be reported to police as soon as possible so that an officer can investigate.
