(BROCKTON, ON) – The South Bruce OPP has been receiving reports of stolen Christmas lights from the Municipality of Brockton:
Between 12:00 am on December 20th, 2011 and 5:00 am on December 20th, 2011, a 4 foot LED star was taken from a residence along Robinson Street in Walkerton. The star is valued at $100.
Between 5:00 pm on December 17th, 2011 and 10:00 pm on December 17th, 2011, an assortment of Noma LED Blue/White strands and Noma LED Multi colored strands were stolen off a group of Pine trees at a residence along County Road 3, Brant Township.
On December 17th, 2011 at 1:11 am a resident of Victoria Street in Walkerton heard a noise outside and noticed the Christmas lights had been taken from the eaves trough.
During the early morning hours of December 16th, 2011, the Christmas lights were stolen from a residence along Concession 8, Brant Township.
During the early morning hours of December 16th, 2011, the Christmas lights were stolen from a residence along Durham Street, Brant Township.
The value of the stolen Christmas lights is estimated at more than $2,000. Anyone with information on these incidents is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
