(HURON EAST/ MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – On October 5, 2011 Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to 2 reports of theft from motor vehicles over night.
The first theft occurred on Cardiff Road in the Municipality of Morris Turnberry. $750.00 cash was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight.
A second theft was reported on Brandon Road in the Municipality of Huron East. $150.00 cash was reported stolen from 2 unlocked vehicles on the premises overnight.
Huron County OPP reminds vehicle owners to always lock your unattended vehicles and keep all valuables out of sight.
