(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Thursday, April 23, 2015 at approximately 9:13 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft from vehicle report on the Grey-Bruce Town Line in the Township of Chatsworth.
Sometime between Sunday, April 19th and Thursday, April 23rd, unknown person(s) entered the victim’s vehicle which had been unattended in the parking lot. A Harley Davidson motorcycle jacket, chaps and boots, as well as 15 CDs and approximately $40.00 were taken.

Grey County OPP wish to remind residents that these types of thefts are a crime of opportunity and can be prevented. An unlocked vehicle door or an open window is an invitation to thieves. Remember to always roll up the windows, lock the doors, and keep valuables out of plain view.
