(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers including members from the Huron County Property Crimes Unit are currently investigating a theft from a motor vehicle occurrence.
Sometime between 9:30 a.m. on February 4th and 9:00 a.m. on February 5th, 2017 someone entered into an unlocked GMC that was parked in a parking lot located on Victoria Street West in Exeter. The thief entered into the vehicle and stole a wallet that contained several pieces of identification as well as an engagement ring and a wedding ring.
The yellow and white gold wedding & engagement rings are valued at approximately $1200.
