(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) On Wednesday May 8, 2013, at approximately 6:30pm, officers from the County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an assault that took place in the Town of Mount Forest.
The investigation revealed that arguing took place via text messages between a female and a male, both aged 15. They met in person to discuss the issue and an assault occurred. The female from Wellington North is charged with assault contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Youth Court on June 26, 2013 to answer to the charge.
