(CHESLEY, ON) – On December 29, 2012 at 6:54 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a Black GMC Sierra pick-up truck in the town of Chesley. The truck was located and stopped on 2nd Avenue south west in Chesley. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and an unlicensed driver. 37 year old Terry GIBSON of Hanover has been charged with Impaired operation, Operate over 80 milligrams, Drive while disqualified and 2 counts of Drive while under suspension. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 21, 2013 to answer to the charges.
The passenger, 28 year old Donald TIFFANY of West Grey Township, was charged with Open alcohol, Improper licence plates and Permit use of vehicle with no insurance.
